On Monday (February 1), we will be hosting Toronto Councillor/Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) Chairman Adam Giambrone for an editorial board discussion with some of our partner publishers and the Town Crier (our sister subsidiary‘s group of Toronto community newspapers).

Over recent weeks there has been speculation that Councillor Giambrone would enter the upcoming Toronto mayoral race; by this afternoon, it looked “unofficially official”, in large part due to his “I’m Ready” video. So, on Monday, we all expect him to make it “officially official.”

Having some interest in how Giambrone views TTC operations and customer service and his recent foray into YouTube territory, well, hopefully it will be an interesting discussion.  I’m planning to attend and send out some live tweets, so if you have any comments or questions, please let me know — you can follow me on Twitter here.
