He tackles the "digital conversion" of newspapers in a reasoned, thoughtful way, not the typical "flinging poo" style of the pundits and the know-nothing social media "experts." In a conversation when everyone is saying the same thing and the mark of excellence is who can say it first, community newspapers are a genuine conversation, one that is relevant to the lives of most people.
